EMOP Malta | 23 - 26 September 2009
The 5th event in the EMOP series is now finished. The event was held at Casinò di Venezia. 291 players gathered to compete for a prize-fund of €436,500.
When two players was left the players made a deal.

EMOP Barcelona | 29 July - 1 August 2009
The 4th event in the EMOP series is now finished. The event was held at Casino de Barcelona. 399 players gathered to compete for a prize-fund of €399,000.
With three players left they removed €6,000 from the prize pool and divided the rest according to their chip stacks and played out the tournament for the EMOP Leaderboard points and an additional €6,000 to the winner.

EMOP Prague | 24 - 28 June 2009
The 3rd event of the EMOP series is now finished. The event was held at Spearmint Casino in Prague June 24 - 28.
258 players gathered to compete for a prize-fund of €258,000.
With five players left the players made a deal. They ended up dividing the rest of the prize money accordding to their chip counts at that point; Martin Hjorth from Denmark held the chip lead, Vladislav Shuravin from Russia was second in chips.
When the money had been divided, the players played out the event, playing for the valuable EMOP Leaderboard points and the EMOP Title.

EMOP Bulgaria | 15 - 18 April 2009
The 2nd event of the EMOP series is now finished. The event was held at the Golden Sands Resort in Bulgaria April 15 - 18.
311 players gathered to compete for the total prize-fund of €311,000. Several nations were represented from a total of 18 different countries, even players from as far away as Canada and Thailand participated.
- Compared to the first event in Tallinn, we are glad to say that we managed to increase the field by almost 70 players and our expectations in the future is to reach as many as 500 players in one single event!
- 30 players made it to the money in Bulgaria and Reuven Davan, Israel is the name of the happy winner and he left Bulgaria with the decent amount of €77,750 in his pocket, followed by runner-up Matti Lindholm, Finland and Maciej Swicarz, Poland who grabbed the 3rd place.
Next event coming up is in Prague, June 25 - 28. We are looking forward to see you all again plus expected many new players, joining us on the EMOP 2009.

EMOP Tallinn | 20 - 22 February 2009
The first leg of the European Masters of Poker featured a starting field of 248 players making a total prize pool of €248,000. 48 players made it to the final day where the 18 prizes where to be decided.
Johanna Pyysing from Finland proved to be the strongest of them all after beating former EPT Barcelona winner Björn-Erik Glenne from Norway heads up. Third place was captured by the former chess prodigy Jeff Sarwer from Canada.
